Hybrid Establishment

One Day or Day One!!

The only way forward to the light at the end of the Tunnel.

When you observe the Politics in Pakistan thoroughly. You will see a single mind is playing Chess from both sides, which is called Establishment comprising of various salient institutions of the Country. Although its not an easy task to keep firm grip on every important matter of a so called democratic country, but it has become an integral party to every matter due to ineligibility and shadiness of Politicians. Victories are accomplished almost every time because of every move, but the Goal could not be achieved which may resulting Masses or Public unfortunately, which should be the prime Goal for the Establishment to acquire. Then later on that same Victory became the Headache for the Establishment.

Now at the Saturation Level in the current atmosphere due to the failure of "Project Imran Khan" the Establishment is seen quite embarrassed and humiliated among masses, getting them on the back foot and reassessing the situations for next move. The Game is getting very interesting as to undoing their moves while keeping the rule of Law, revamping the better Image among Masses, releasing the economic Pressure from Public, and maintaining the Decorum among Politicians along with Global Pressure. The Situation is seen very funny and comic but felt very hurtful and damaging by the People.

I have always heard that Establishment always work in the best interest of the Nation/Countrymen, but have failed to found out so. It may be my only opinion but Flourishing Interests can be seen, observed and monitored in the society. Rather, I feel that the same pressure is now felt by the Establishment, making them eager to refocus and shift the Paradigm towards ease, welfare and security of the Country. While doing so, they should have few changes with their Strategies and Next Moves in order to gain maximum Prosperity for Nation. Otherwise Public won't Spare them because of their failed Experiment Project Imran, which has badly affected everyone in the Country.

Where We Are:

It takes 30 to 40 years with completion of continuous democratic cycles. Then Democracy starts giving its Fruits. Meanwhile you can make such special arrangements with Public Administration and Politicians to walk along the mile.
Due to our History of Martial Laws, Our system has become dependent upon Army to do simple civic jobs like: Cleaning Karachi, Clearing Ice from the Roads, Building Infrastructure, Negotiating with Pressure Groups and other tasks which be done by civilians.
Currently Public and Politicians have become rusty, lazy and unskilled when it comes to doing their own works. Which is why its necessary to first train, educate and help them to make them take their own responsibilities and not involve Security Forces for such petty chores. Walking such course will not be difficult if have the will and it will take only few years.
It can also be said for the betterment of the Country an experiment was launched by the Establishment, but failed badly, and that's ok. But now, It is not enough and easy to just get back footed and rectifying errors to get back on tracks of Constitution but a huge Moral Stature, Patience, Hard Work and Unity is required to do so. Neither you can easily shift the responsibilities to the People quickly and limit your old associations with civic matters.

Education

Education is the Primary key to every solution, you have to derive a Policy where every School gets functional and our Youngsters and Children gets good education in open and liberal environment.
Students of Higher Education should also be conditioned to serve Pakistan for some time after their Education, rather traveling abroad and serving other countries. As we have seen the results of Oxford and Howard in Pakistan
Research and Development work should be increased and special budget should be allocated.
Student Unions should be restored in order to get new blood in Politics from Masses nurturing the nursery of Politics, which would result cleaning the image of Armed Forces in the Long Run.
Community Development Bill also needs to be passed in order to minimize the corruption and maintain the quality work in Public Offices. like every student should be obligated to work for Govt Office / Public Spaces for 1 or 2 Semester during their Studies in Universities. In this way influx of expertise in Government places is expected.

Rule of Law

Each Security Force should be given freedom to work with out any pressure and maintain rule of law in the society.
Policing and Jails should be given their due attention.
Weapon free Society must be obtained.
Justice should be served without any delay and corruption.
Judiciary and Courts should be kept accountable at any level.
Civil-Military relations should be strengthen and should respect Public.

Distribution of Wealth

Tax Collection should be balanced and Tax Collectors should be accountable.
Revenue should be distributed in a balanced manner, and should reach till the roots of the society.
Welfare based and Riba Free Economic System should be adopted.
Business Models should also be kept free of Cartels and High Profits Expedients and serving with lowest rates of Commodity and Services.
Indulgence of Students within Public Admin Sector and Establishment will be fruitful for the whole Nation.
Due to its Prime Geographic Location, the Country should serve its role in providing an economic Corridor along with Huge Growth and Exports of its Agricultural Trades.
Armed Forces should be made audited by Govt Audit system.

Health and Security

Since Security Threats have been shifted towards Health System, therefore Defence budget should also be marginalized, and Bio Warfare research should also be included in Defence Strategy.
A Healthy Nation is always an Asset for its Government, therefore Health Sector should be given proper attention and Health, Security and Shelter should be provided by Government, as is being happening in various welfare states across the Globe.
Research and Development in Health and Security should be our focus now as the World will through various advance challenges to the third world countries, where Atom Bomb will be optional and Paracetamol will be essential.

Development and Welfare

Again Education should made the priority and in this fast paced era of communication open minded discussions should be welcomed in every field. Art, Culture, Sports and Tourism should be given promotional sight. Digital Media and Digital Gadgets should also be given special treatment in research and Development.
Health, Security, Shelter and Food should be provided by the Government in order to maintain Peace and Calm in the Society and avoiding unrest.
Systems and Technologies should be acquired rather than tools and instruments in order to produce local products and services.

Preparations for the Future

All above mentioned pointers will be possible easily with Civil-Military Partnership, even as an open secret in Third World Democratic Country. The Future demands a different Transformational Strategy, in order to obtain long term benefits in the best interest of our nation without any headaches.

Despite of the fact that Common People are suffering due to incompetency of the Government and the Establishment, on the other hand one find the politics of Pakistan very Funny and Comic. while having a look at the game, it is clearly seen that the Establishment is exhausted while playing the game solely and needs the Player on the other side, but no one is volunteering to play against the Establishment.

So, in order to get the player on the other side, Establishment must provide some space and nurture the mind of Civilians, and suddenly a Player will qualify to play along the Establishment in the good faith of the Country. Politicians on the other hand should not miss the chance to penetrate under the Establishment Circle with the help of People, Public Sector, Businessman, Industrialists and Media in the beneficial manner for the Nation.
