Just finished watching The Kashmir Files, and got stunned with the communication I encountered with, will try to provide an in-depth analysis as per current times and being a locale from Pakistan.

As per Film Execution:

The Execution is Marvelous, Production Values are Rich, Casting and Acting is Superb, Music is Fantastic, everything is creatively balanced as script demands.

As per Film Script (Communication):

Where as I see it, its a justification made by India to the World. In other words its an answer without a question, and a mistake which will hinder India in the coming future. 

India being a Guru among various fields, including Performing Arts and Film Production, also knows the best use of this medium while communicating with masses, have explained or trying to explain the reason of revoking Article 370 of Indian Constitution in 2019.  

So, in the movie, the appealing factor involved is presenting JNK as a Hub of Knowledge and tagging JNK as an integral part of India, which cultivated Hindu's Religious, Cultural, Philosophical and Educational Achievements from past Centuries. 

The Hatred Appeal involved is the Religious differences, which was refined through Power Politics after the Partition through Proxies, but the storyteller have taken it back to 13th Century, but in reality it starts prior the birth of Hinduism, which also makes China a party to the conflict but there is no hatred sign shown towards Buddhism or Chinese because of fear I think. Only the name of the production company is "I am Budha", A dire conflict in communication. 

Moreover Sikhs have also ruled the state of JNK but not mentioned in the movie. It portrays a smart feeding to the audience for their own agenda.

 The Appeal of Justification, when the article has been reversed they knew its not only unjust but unfair to the people of JNK, because its a disputed territory and not an integral part of India. And you can not take decisions on their behalf without referendum as per the United Nations decision. The dispute is on going among Pakistan, India & China. This whole agenda of revoking the Article 370 is solely pure political from BJP and diversion of focus from the ongoing failures of BJP's Government. 

The Appeal to Care, they have appealed to their audience by being victims of Genocide and Exodus, then showing the urge to care and provide the basic fundamental rights to the remnants of JNK. Despite of the fact that India has now been diverted towards a Rightist/Religious model from its famous and well established Secular/Liberal form only because of power politics. The basic and fundamental rights of Indian minorities are being violated within India, so how would they care about the people of JNK.

Unfortunately, from Pakistan Mr. Imran Khan is the key player who supported and helped Mr. Narendra Modi, to invalidate the Article 370, by supporting the campaigning Manifesto of BJP and also through Mr. Donald Trump. 

Although it is everybody's right to propagate, make things happen according to their demands by using several tools like religion, cast, ethnicity, culture and traditions but History will be stored on the pages and new plays will be acted, players will always be changing and lines will be drawn again and again just for sake of maps and laws for continuation of Power Game.
